Amanda Bynes

Most recently, Amanda Bynes was arrested for a misdemeanor drunk driving after she hit a police car that she was “trying to pass.” Amanda grew to fame on the show “All That” on Nickelodeon, before starring in a number of movies. Amanda’s case is still pending but she has sought the help of a “higher power” for guidance in dealing with her drunk driving charge…

Jenna Jameson

In late May, the adult film star was arrested for a misdemeanor suspicion of DUI.  Jenna received some minor injuries from running her car into a light pole.

Matthew Fox

Matthew Fox, star of the TV Show Lost, was attempting to go to a fast food restaurant in his home state of Oregon, he was unable to maintain speed, stay in his lane and he failed to signal lane changes. He was arrested for suspicion of DUI.  In the State of Oregon, drivers may lose their driving privileges for as little as 90 days to up to a year for any additional DUI arrests.  In extreme cases, confiscation of your vehicle is possible.

Bobby Brown

In the State of California, it is illegal to drive while talking on your cell phone without a hands-free device.  Bobby Brown apparently did not care, as he was pulled over for this reason and then arrested for a DUI.  Even though this is his second offense, his first DUI was more than ten years ago and will not show on his driving record.  He is likely to be charged with a first offense.

Flo Rida

Flo Rida (a/k/a Tramar Dillard) was arrested in June 2011 in Miami for a DUI after being pulled over for swerving between lanes.  During his field sobriety tests, he apparently told the officer he could not walk a straight line because he had a few drinks and requested another test.
