Wearable Technology Monitors your BAC
The company Palcohol has been approved by the U.S. Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) to sell powdered alcohol. Just add water and you have a mixed drink. According to the Palcohol website, the product will not hit the shelves until fall. It will be available in liquor stores, grocery stores, on-line, etc. Because Palcohol contains alcohol, it will only be sold to those of legal drinking age.

This powdered alcohol will come as vodka, rum, and four cocktail flavors. The vodka and rum powders can be added to any of your favorite mixers, such as soda, orange juice, or lemonade. Just add water to the cocktail flavors for an enjoyable drink. Palcohol may be added to food. Just don’t serve it to minors. Palcohol does advise users to “eat” responsibly when adding this powdered alcohol to foods.
While this powdered alcohol is new, the effects of the alcohol are the same. Each packet of Palcohol contains the same amount of alcohol as a standard mixed drink. After a few, you are likely to be pulled over for drunk driving.
